48th Fife(Dalgety Bay) Scout Group

In 1999, the Group was lucky enough to be awarded a lottery grant to enable us to purchase a minibus for both use in the Group and in the Local Community. We ourselves raised nearly £10,000 towards the cost of the bus and with the Grant of £17500 from the National Lotteries Charities Board , we took delivery of a new minibus in October of that year. The minibus is specially adapted for disabled use and is fitted with removeable seats to accomodate wheelchairs with ramp access to the Rear Doors. The bus seats 17 inlcuding the driver.
